Coaching Teams

Our approach to coaching teams is one that takes a systems informed view of things – one that sees the teams as a part of a greater organisation / system and a place where the dynamics of change and resistance to change are acted out. Specifically, we help get teams flowing through approaches including theory U, We also help teams understand their interactions and the dynamics of conflict by applying the SDI tool from CoreStrengths.

Our approach to Organizational Consultancy is one that takes a systems-informed view of things – one that sees an organization as a part of a greater system and a place where the dynamics of change and resistance to change may play out. The theoretical basis of our work is the so-called Systems Psychodynamics which is applied to make sense of things through the lens of the Tavistock tradition.
